About me

Hi! I am a Ph.D. student in the Department of Computer Science and Technology at Tsinghua University, advised by Professor Ting Chen. My research lies at the intersection of machine learning and biomedicine, with a focus on AI for scientific discovery—developing advanced computational methods for protein interaction modeling and predictions. I have research experience spanning geometric deep learning, multimodal modeling, diffusion models, protein language models and large language models for biomedicine.
